Pick Up Policy: We ask that pets are picked up within an hour of being ready. We can accommodate pets spending more time with us if we know in advance. There is a $15 per pet fee for pets that are picked up after the pickup window.
Late/Early Drop Off Policy: We allow a 30min window for late/early drop off. We may be able to accommodate pets outside of the 30min window with approval and a $15 fee. *(Early drop offs with approval. No drop offs before 8am.)
Cancellation Policy: Same day cancellation- 100% cost of groom
- Reschedule/Cancellation less than 24hrs. - 50% cost of groom

We are accepting new dogs that are 35 pounds or under. We appreciate your referrals.
